Calm, tranquil, relaxing. Not words you would normally relate to the City of London, but The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square have managed to create a beautiful retreat in the centre of the bustling city. The identity needed to be as discreet, calm and beautiful as the space itself, and reflect the luxurious materials and detail.

Our identity for The Spa uses water as a starting point, as do so many of the treatments. We created our own marbling using a traditional technique with oil, water and ink.

The identity flows across all of the experience, gently guiding and informing guests throughout the site as well as all of the marketing collateral within the hotel, and out into the busy world.






The grand lobby of the Spa is lined with gold mosaic tiles, lending a plush warm feel to the experience. The identity follows suit with a lush gold foil describing the flowing marbled pattern.





The marbled pattern wraps all of the collateral, creating a continous, sinuous thread across all of the identity.








The Spa is open to all hotel guests and there are also various memberships available too. The identity gently divides these options with a change in colour for both paper and foiled flourishes.
